当院では、医療DXを推進するための体制として、以下の項目に取り組んでいます。
①オンライン資格確認等システムにより取得した診療情報を活用して、診療を実施しています。
②マイナ保険証の利用を促進し、医療DXを通じて質の高い医療を提供できるよう取り組んでいます。
③電子処方箋の発行や、電子カルテ情報共有サービスなどの取り組みを実施してまいります。

医療情報取得加算
当院では、以下の項目に取り組んでいます。
①オンライン資格確認を行う体制を有しています。
②受診した患者に対し、受診歴、薬剤情報、特定健診情報その他必要な診療情報・活用して診療を行っております。
一般名処方加算
現在、医薬品の供給が不安定な状況となっていることから、保険薬局において銘柄によらず調剤できるよう、一般名で処方箋を発行させていただく場合があります。
なお、令和6年10月より後発医薬品(ジェネリック医薬品)がある薬で、先発医薬品の処方を希望される場合は、特別の料金をお支払いいただいておりますのでご承知おきください。(先発医薬品を処方する医療上の必要があると認められる場合等は、特別の料金は要りません)
夜間・早朝加算
平日18:00以降・土曜日12:00以降の受付は、夜間・早朝加算(50点)の取り扱いとなりますので、ご了承ください。

当院では、医療の透明化や患者への情報提供を積極的に推進していく観点から、領収書の発行の際に、個別の診療報酬の算定項目の分かる明細書を無料で発行しております。
明細書には使用した薬剤の名称や行われた検査の名称が記載されるものですので、ご理解いただき、明細書の発行を希望されない方は会計窓口にてお申し出ください。
